Please sign up for your time for pickup.
All items must be removed by the specified date without exception. If arrangements need to be made for any time for pickup other than the scheduled pick up date a fee of $50 will be paid to the auction staff for meeting at a different pickup time.
Removal Requirements: Buyer is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, insurance, etc. needed for safe and proper removal of purchased items in compliance with applicable laws/regulations.Auction personnel cannot lift or help with moving or loading. Any items not removed within 10 days will be donated or resold. Please bring a copy of invoice & a State ID to pick-up items.
As-Is Condition: All items are sold "As-Is, Where-Is" without warranty on condition or missing parts. Descriptions are provided in good faith as opinions only. Bidders are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding.
Sales Final: All sales are final. No returns, refunds or bid cancellations will be allowed.
Technology Disruptions: The auctioneer will not be held responsible for any technology outages, delays or disruptions beyond its control that may impact the auction.
Other Terms: Beth Rose Real Estate & Auctions reserves rights including withdrawing items, re-cataloging, canceling winning bids, charging card on file, reporting unpaid invoices, and recovering fees/costs. Sales tax will be collected where required. Bidder is entering into a contract. Auctioneer decisions are final. Any and all chargebacks will be considered fraud and will be prosecuted. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds, and any losses incurred by the purchaser's failure to adhere to the terms listed. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Lucas County, Toledo, OH.
No Theft Tolerated: Any attempted theft of auction items will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Theft will not be tolerated.
